The Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking a qualified candidate to fill an Associate Personnel Administrator, Grade 23, position in the Center for Human Resources Management, Bureau of Central Office Personnel Services.

Please Note: Individuals must be employed by New York State to be eligible to apply for this position.
Candidates must be currently permanent in the Associate Personnel Administrator title or eligible to transfer via Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law.
Experienced personnel administrators who have strong writing skills and staffing and/or classification experience are encouraged to apply.
The Associate Personnel Administrator will independently perform the full range of Associate Personnel Administrator duties for assigned program area(s) within OMH Central Office.The incumbent will independently plan, organize, conduct and coordinate their work which will include: position classification; staffing; exam planning; and the provision of technical and problem-solving assistance to managers and employees concerning personnel and related human resource issues.
