The County Planning System is a Web-based application that was developed as a cost-effective and efficient means for completing and submitting required annual planning forms, communicating with the field on planning-related matters, and providing timelier and more accessible data resources. This system reflects a fully integrated local services planning process of the three State Department of Mental Hygiene agencies – OASAS, OMH, and OPWDD.
