The PROS Standards of Care Anchor Elements determine effective and appropriate delivery of PROS services.
Survey Process
The survey evaluates the success of a program in assisting participants to achieve and maintain valued life roles. Reviewers assess Individual Recovery Plans and related services to determine if they:
- reflect the needs and preferences of individual recipients
- attend to co-occurring needs
- respond to changing life circumstances
- use community supports
