Pursuant to Chapter 59 of the Laws of 2011, at least 30 days notice is required prior to the closure of wards at a state-operated psychiatric center. Notice is hereby given of the following action:

The Office of Mental Health will be undertaking a closure of one ward at Creedmoor Psychiatric Center, Queens, New York.  There will be no action taken while the existing preliminary injunction is in place.
