Pursuant to Chapter 59 of the Laws of 2011, notice is hereby given of the following action:

The Office of Mental Health will be undertaking a closure of the children and youth unit at Rochester Psychiatric Center, Rochester, New York.  Such actions shall take place no sooner than 30 days from the date of this notice, but preparatory actions necessary to effectuate such closure shall commence immediately.
