Student Award Criteria
Award students are selected by project faculty at each participating school. Each student selected as an award candidate must satisfactorily complete all three required components in order to be recommended for a certificate and award. The faculty director for their program will verify that they meet the requirement s and recommend them for  an award if they complete the following requirements: 

  • Attend the EBPs in Mental Health Seminar Course during the school year and complete it with a passing grade.
  • Participate in and successfully complete a one-year internship at an approved EBP field placement site, which will be obtained through their school’s field education office. 
  • Attend the designated field colloquia series that are offered by the faculty directors or their colleagues at each participating school a minimum of four times per year.
