• Rule is needed to add provisions regarding Behavioral Health Organization (BHO) implementation.

Notice of Proposed Rulemaking amending 14 NYCRR Part 508
(Medical Assistance Rates of Payment for Assertive Community Treatment – ACT)

• Proposed rule was reviewed and approved by the Council on September 16, 2011.
  Provisions regarding BHO implementation have subsequently been added to the rule making.
