• Approved - Project has been approved by Office of Mental Health (OMH).
• Conditional - Project has been approved by OMH with some additional changes to be made.
• Disapproved - Project was not approved by OMH.
• Not Prior Approval Review (PAR) app - The scope of the project does not require the review and approval of OMH.
• Withdrawn - Applicant has withdrawn the project from consideration.
