Children's Readmission Collaborative
Learning Collaborative Activities

The Children's Readmissions Collaborative follows the learning collaborative model, an approach in which a group of health care organizations come together, form interdisciplinary teams, test and measure evidence-based practice innovations, and share their experiences to rapidly advance widespread adoption of best practices. Through the identification and sharing of best practices and lessons learned, the Collaborative creates a community in which hospitals assist one another in working toward a common goal of enhancing outcomes and sustaining improvements.

Members of the Quality Collaborative attend conferences and participate in monthly calls to share effective strategies and best practices. All staff at participating institutions are invited to technical and clinical webinars offered by the Psychiatric Services and Clinical Knowledge Enhancement System (PSYCKES) Team. Please check the News and Calendar sections of the website for announcements of upcoming webinars.

Comments or questions about the information on this page can be directed to the PSYCKES Team.
