The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) announces this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the development and operation of 100 units of Supported Housing for persons with serious mental illness being released from New York State (NYS) prisons and returning to New York City. Applications are due on or before 4:30 p.m. on July 28, 2015.
