The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) Long Island Field Office announces this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the development and operation of 14 units of Supported Housing for persons with serious mental illness being released from New York State (NYS) prisons and returning to either Nassau or Suffolk Counties.

Please be advised that the mandatory Letter of Intent to Bid requirement is being waived. Attendance to the Bidder’s Conference to be held on September 10, 2015 is still mandatory. Notification of intent to attend the bidder’s conference must be submitted to the Issuing Officer (Carol Swiderski) by Tuesday, September 8.
