Supported Housing (SH) for Adult Home Residents (Bronx & Staten Island) with Serious Mental Illness
Request for Proposals (RFP)

The Office of Mental Health announces this RFP for the development and operation of up to 900 SH Units in Staten Island and Bronx, NY. This capacity expansion is part of an effort to facilitate the transition to supported housing for individuals with serious mental illness (SMI) currently residing in "impacted adult homes" defined as homes with a capacity of 120 or more in which 25% or more of the resident population are persons with SMI.
