Attention

Please be advised of the following requirements for this RFP:

  • All proposals must be submitted through the Grants Gateway. No hard copy mailed and/or hand delivered versions will be accepted. Instructions for Grants Gateway submission are provided in Section 2.10 of the RFP.
  • The Letter of Intent is a required document in order to submit a proposal for this RFP.
  • Posted Date: September 28, 2016:   Please be advised that in Section 2.10/Instructions for Bid Submission and Required Format, there are edits that were made to some of the Grants Gateway links and phone numbers, to request assistance if needed.

Please be advised that there is a correction in the intent, specific to titling of the two (2) Long Island RFPs currently available. For the RFP that was released on 9/28/16, with a due date of 11/2/16, and in error titled “Scattered-Site Supportive Housing for Adults with Serious Mental Illness Long Island re-allocation of existing units” these are new beds, not a re-allocation of existing beds. The RFP that was posted on 9/21/16, with a due date of 10/26/16 and titled “Scattered-Site Supportive Housing for Adults with Serious Mental Illness Long Island” is a re-allocation of existing beds.

Update – October 28, 2016: Please be advised that in case of a tie in the scoring process, the proposal with the highest total score on the Proposal Narrative Section (40 points) will be ranked higher.
