The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking proposals from non-profit organizations with experience operating both an OMH licensed mental health housing program and unlicensed scattered site supportive housing to assume operational responsibility of existing housing in Brooklyn, New York. There will be one award for a 24 bed licensed Community Residence Program and a 22-bed Scattered Site Supportive Housing Program.
Due to a technical issue the NYS OMH is extending the application due date to October 4, 2017. Additional dates have changed as well: Questions will be due 9/6/2017; Q & A will be posted 09/20/2017; Tentative Awards notification will be 10/20/2017; Contract start date will be 03/01/2018.

Due to technical issues with the posing of Questions in Section 2.3 and an error on OMH’s website (on the homepage where the RFPs are listed) that reflected a due date of 10/24/17, OMH is opting to change the timeline to reflect the following:
Questions Due: Monday, 10/2/17 at 5:00 pm. These should be emailed directly to Carol Swiderski
Questions and Answers Posted on: Friday, 10/6/17
Proposals Due: 4:00 PM on Tuesday, 10/24/17
Tentative Award Notification: Tuesday, 10/31/17
Contract Date: April 1, 2017
