Zoar Valley Recovery and Treatment Center is a clinic service that provides a broad range of mental health services to meet the needs of adults with a diagnosis of mental illness. Located in Southern Erie County, we provide a combination of diagnostic and treatment services for individuals with mental illness who reside in the tri-county area of Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Erie Counties.

Individuals aged 18 and over who are experiencing mental health problems and are found to have a primary psychiatric diagnosis.
