Assertive Community Treatment Adult Teams – Rest of State

The Office of Mental Health (OMH) announces the availability of funds for the development of five (5) Adult Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams:

  • 2 36 capacity teams in Western New York (Allegany, Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, Wyoming, Wayne, Seneca, Tioga, Schuyler, Yates, Steuben)
  • 2 36 capacity teams in Hudson River (1 in Greene and 1 in Sullivan)
  • 1 36 capacity team in Central New York (Clinton, Franklin, Hamilton, Herkimer, Madison, Chenango, Delaware, Cortland, Essex, Otsego)

If applying for more than one County the applicant must submit a separate proposal for each County. ACT teams serve individuals who have Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and have not been successfully engaged by the traditional mental health treatment and rehabilitation system in New York State.
