A one-time funding opportunity of $49,500 is available for the expansion of Mental Health Outpatient Treatment Rehabilitative Services (MHOTRS) programs for underserved populations. The funding should be used to enhance access and outcomes for individuals with complex and specialized treatment in a timely and equitable way.
