The Office of Mental Health (OMH) announces the availability of funds for the development and operation of 12 Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Programs (CPEPs). CPEPs will be developed in accordance with parts 590 and 591 and certified by NYS OMH. Funding can be used to develop either a CPEP main or satellite site.

Please be advised that the due date for this RFP has been extended to Tuesday, 3/20/24. The new tentative award notification date will be 4/19/24 and the anticipated contract start date will be 8/1/24.
