OMH is seeking proposals from not-for-profit organizations with experience operating a licensed, mental health housing program, to develop and operate a 48-bed CR-SRO on the grounds of the Creedmoor Psychiatric Center (CPC) campus in Queens, New York.

An updated version which includes a tab for PDG Budget in addition to the Operating Budget has been sent to all eligible applicants (those who attended the Mandatory Bidders Conference) on 3/10/2023. Applicants should use this version in their Grants Gateway applications.
