UPDATE 9/11/2023
It has been brought to OMH’s attention that there is an error in the construct of the Grants Gateway build for the Housing First Scattered Site Supportive Housing for Homeless Adults – 2023 RFP. One of the questions was duplicated (5.41a was duplicated in 5.41b). In order to correct this, OMH will have to withdraw this RFP and reissue it. Please be advised that this does not mean that the entire RFP process will start over --- all of the components to date (release date, Question and Answer period) will remain status quo. OMH will be extending the due date to 10/18/23, the tentative award notification date to 11/17/23 and the contract start date to 2/1/24.
The original RFP below has been withdrawn:

And is replaced by:
OMH01-HOM1st-2023 Housing First Scattered Site Supportive Housing for Homeless Adults - 2023
Any work that may have been completed for applications in the current Grants Gateway issuance will have to be redone/replicated in the newly released issuance. As noted above, the due date will be extended to address this. While this repost of the RFP is specific only to the duplicated question, we are taking this opportunity to also appropriately provide the Budget template, the Budget Narrative template, the Provider Contact Form and the Sexual Harassment Certification as well. They will be provided in the Pre-Submission Upload page.
