• Closed - All required actions have been completed by the applicant and Office of Mental Health (OMH).
• On hold - Circumstances have delayed completion or review of a project to an extent that it is not clear when further progress will be made.
• Open - The project is under review.
• Pending - The project has had approval of OMH, but is not yet completed by the applicant.
