Individuals or Entities Restricted from Participation in the Medicaid Program
Providers should screen employees, prospective employees and contractors (individuals and entities) to ensure that their participation in the Medicaid program has not been restricted, terminated or excluded.
To assist you in this screening, The Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) maintains a Medicaid Exclusions list. This list identifies individuals or entities who have been excluded from participating in the NYS Medicaid program under the provisions of 18 NYCRR § 515.3 and/or 18 NYCRR § 515.7.
