The Office of Mental Health (OMH) Privacy Policy has been prepared strictly for use by employees and other workforce members of OMH. It is not intended to serve as legal advice to anyone outside of this Office.
This document (including its forms and appendices) can be made freely available to any interested party; however, reproduction for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited. While this document can be utilized for general education and guidance, any covered entity seeking to develop a HIPAA compliance strategy and documents should consult its own attorney for specific legal advice concerning its HIPAA compliance.
This notice must accompany this document whenever it is shared outside of the Office of Mental Health.
