Changes to Recipient Search:
The Recipient Search menu has been separated into two distinct menus: Individual Search and Group Search. To access these menus, hover the cursor over the Recipient Search menu and select either Individual Search or Group Search.

In Individual Search, recipient(s) can be searched by Medicaid ID, social security number, last name, a combination of last name and first name, gender, date of birth, age range, and/or provider information.
- Note: Three new search criteria options have been added in the Individual Search menu:
- First Name (in combination with last name)
- Gender
- Date of Birth (DOB)
- Note: Three new search criteria options have been added in the Individual Search menu:
- Group Search is used to create ad hoc reports. It allows for a cohort of recipients to be identified by specifying search criteria such as quality indicator, prescriber, drug name, psychotropic and/or non-psychotropic drug class, behavioral health and/or medical diagnoses, and/or provider information.
Change to Registrar Menu:
The Administration Menu within the Registrar Menu allows agency information to be entered into the PSYCKES Consent Form for printing purposes. The space provided for entering an Agency Name has been expanded to accommodate 65 characters. A message appears if more than 65 characters are entered.
