The Treatment Equity Committee begins at 9:00 am | Regulations and Project Review Committees begin at 10:30 am | Full Council begins at 1:00 pm.

Authorized under section 5.06 of New York State Mental Hygiene Law, the BHSAC considers matters relating to the improvement of behavioral health services in the State and advises the Office of Mental Health and Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Commissioners on any such matters.
