Calendar Year 2017 Consolidated Fiscal Report (CFR) Training

The New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) and the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) will be conducting training sessions on completing the January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2017 Consolidated Fiscal Report (CFR) at five locations in New York State. Each training session covers the same content.

Representatives from the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) and the State Education Department (SED) will not be present at these training sessions, and information regarding OPWDD and SED programs will not be covered. SED encourages filers to view the CFR on-line training modules located on the New York State Education Department’s Rate Setting Unit training pageLeaving OMH site.

A letter dated September 28, 2017 announcing the CFR Training sessions was e-mailed to OASAS and OMH providers during the first week in October. Since the original letter dated September 28, 2017 was distributed, a change has been made in the date of the Liverpool training session. The Liverpool CFR Training session originally scheduled on November 10, 2017 has been rescheduled to December 1, 2017. Individuals already registered for the Liverpool CFR Training session will be notified about this date change.

Registration for the CFR Training will be done through an online surveyLeaving OMH site.

An individual may only register for and attend one session. Each attendee must register separately, and must register at least one week prior to the session date. The training sessions may be closed earlier if the room capacity has been reached. Training materials will be e-mailed to registrants prior to the training sessions.

Training sessions are scheduled from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a one hour lunch break.

Please note: Attendees may be required to go through a security screening at these locations, allow for additional time. Anyone whose name does not appear on the list of expected attendees and/or does not have a matching photo identification document may not be allowed to enter these buildings.
